Dr. Steve Groke
Dr. Steve Groke, or simply “Dr. Steve” as he is affectionately referred to by his patients and staff is an emergency medicine trained physician. In 2003, He graduated college at the University of Portland with a bachelors of science in Nursing. After serving as a nurse in the United States Air Force he went on to complete medical school at the University of Utah and an emergency medicine residency in Tucson Arizona. Since 2014, he’s worked in a variety of emergency departments from busy trauma centers to small rural facilities. Additionally, he’s recently branched out and served as a medical director of an integrative urgent care clinic as well as a supervising physician of various local naturopathic and aesthetics clinics. Dr. Steve holds his certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers from the renowned Holden Timeless Beauty (HTB) Aesthetics academy since 2022.
Diane Allen R.N., B.S.N.
Diane Allen is a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. With more than 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, Diane has worked with plastic surgeons in the medical aesthetics arena in San Diego.
She is a skilled medical expert trained in advanced Botox and Dysport injection techniques and has been distinguished by Allergan at its Platinum level. In addition, Diane is also a regional trainer for Palomar Medical Technology and travels throughout the Southwest to instruct doctors and nurses in the use of pulsed-light therapy for hair removal and facial rejuvenation.
Martha Webb
Martha Webb is a Licensed Aesthetician, and Permanent Make Up Specialist. A native of San Diego, she received her Licensing and Certification from the International Institute for Permanent Cosmetics, Coolsculpt from Coolsculpt University, and Master Aesthetics from Bellus Academy. Martha is also Certified by the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC), which allows her to work in Aesthetics and in over 30 countries worldwide.
Her passion for health, wellness, and client education empowers her to work with her clients to help them achieve their personal skincare and wellness goals. Martha also believes the secret of beautiful, healthy skin is regular professional treatments and consistent use of high-quality products.
Rita Winton
Rita Winton was educated in Dublin, Ireland, and has trained and worked in London and San Francisco. With more than 25 years of experience in skincare and beauty consulting, she specializes in European deep pore skin treatments, Epicuren facials, and Acne treatments. Rita believes the secret to beautiful healthy skin is regular professional treatments and consistent use of the right high-quality products.
